HUAWEI, leading global telecommunications solutions provider with long-term partnerships with operators around the world, is requiring a Spare Parts Analyst.

Job Target: To organize and to deliver efficiently the hardware support services.

Main responsibilities:

1. Run and optimize the spare parts delivery process (supply and return)

2. Schedule and monitor spare parts supply & demands to ensure that spare parts demands are responded to in a timely and cost-effective manner.

3. Monitor and handle the E2E spare parts RMA process; supervise, analyze and improve the service quality, to ensure customer satisfaction with hardware service.

Skills:

* Just graduated Industrial Engineering, System Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Telecom.

* Windows Office tool operations skill.

* Better with experience in logistic part (inbound, outbound,etc) with logistic or warehousing experience

* English intermediate - advance level is a must. Good communication in english (This requirement would be evaluated)
