• Administer Quality Center day to day

• Administer QC and Oracle servers to ensure application is up and running

• Understand Oracle SQL queries to perform various administrative duties

• Backup and archive all QC data and have a Disaster Recovery plan

• Evaluate, coordinate, and Install QC patches and upgrades

• Ability to restore data deleted from QC

• Add/Remove users from system/projects

• Add/Remove project entities

• Monitor and manage tools capacities, including licensing and data storage

• Audit QC projects to ensure QC standards are being followed and enforced

• Develop and update QC Administrative training material in a SharePoint repository

• Server and access log maintenance

• General application health

• Develop processes to automate maintenance

• Maintain Shared Reports and modify Reports

• Add projects upon request

• Remove completed projects

• Backup completed projects

• Maintain historical project data

• Work with PMO for Requirement tools integration

• Train additional QC Administrators

• 1-3 yrs of HP Quality Center Administration (V 9.2 is preferable)

• 5+ years of hands on testing experience
